Construction company needs project superintendent to manager job site. Must have at least 3-5 years of experience. Must be able to pass drug screen and safety courses. OSHA a plus.
Will need to complete daily reports, ensure all safety procedures are being followed, manage subs, keep job on track, recognize and advise of any potential delays to project, and have good management & communication skills.
Job is located in Freeport and is to be complete by the end of June. However, another is set to start in the same area and will require the same person to be Project Super.
