Position Summary and Responsibilities
This job will consist of installing machinery and equipment in an industrial establishment. This position will also be interacting and communicating on a periodic basis with customers. Providing feedback and timelines for machinery installations and other equipment .
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Reads blueprints and schematic drawings to determine work procedures.
Dismantles machinery, establishes best removal process or relocation procedure.
Construct foundations for new machinery.
Aligns machinery and equipment.
Assembles machines, bolts, welds, rivets, or otherwise fastens them to foundation or other structures.
Reads blueprints and specifications to determine job requirements.
Repairs and lubricates machine and equipment.
Qualifications
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. Education and/or Experience
Candidate must have 3 to 5 years work experience in an Industrial environment. Journeyman card required.
